Teaching myself art since '03, and building costumes since '09. I like experimenting with a lot of different styles and mediums in my work, but my main focus is digital paintings with anthropomorphic animal characters. My main inspiration for my work is music, even if I don't know how to make it myself. I love genres like electronic, space rock, alternative metal, industrial, EBM, new wave, hard dance, DnB, hip hop, and anything experimental and eclectic.Outside of art, I'm very enthusiastic about toy collecting, amusements and theme parks, photography, horror media, cooking and baking, coding and web development, technology, and politics.Irish diaspora, physically and developmentally disabled with EDS and Autism, LGBT+

A. General

1. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the terms and conditions before proceeding with a commission from me. Inability to comply with or refusal to follow these terms will lead to a termination of my services and refusal to work with me again.
2. I reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time for any reason, and I may not always divulge the reason why.
3. I reserve the right to update my terms of service at my discretion, which will apply to all clients past, present and future.
4. You must be 18 years or older to commission me or purchase designs from me.
5. My commissions are open to anyone who is BIPOC, 2SLGBT, disabled, or part of any other minority. Those who have issues with this are not welcome to work with me.

B. Payment & Fees

1. Invoices will be sent through Paypal and in USD only. If you'd like to tip me, you can do so when paying the invoice, or by visiting my Ko-fi.
2. I take payment upfront for anything $150 and under after accepting your commission request.
3. For pieces over $150, you have the option of paying part of the cost up-front and paying the rest once the sketch is completed. I will not continue working on the piece after the sketch is completed until the full payment is received.
4. If no payment is received within 72 hours, the commission will be canceled and your slot will be given to someone else.
5. Small edits and changes can be made at any time during the commission process, but larger adjustments will cost an additional fee of up to 30%, such as big changes to a clean sketch, or more than one total re-sketch of the commission's first draft. For both of our sake, please request changes as early into the commission process as possible.
6. I also take payment in the form of physical items that I'm looking for, equivalent to the price of the commission. Please take a look at my In Search Of list to see what I'm looking for.

C. Commission Process

1. Only clear, visual references of the character(s) or subject(s) are permitted for commissions outside of character design work. Any reference materials made using generative AI will not be accepted. I also work best with visual references for posing and scenery.
2. Turnaround time can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the commission type and my current health status. In the event of a major delay in turnaround time, all clients will be notified and potential refunds discussed (see criterion D.)
3. Due to the unpredictable nature of my disabilities, I cannot work with deadlines at this time.
4. Work in progress shots will be sent throughout the process of the commission for approval and edit requests. You also have permission to draw over my WIPs to show which specific edits you'd like, so long as you understand that the artwork will be in my style.
5. I can communicate through Telegram or Email, and you may contact me at any time through these methods on the status of your commission or place in the queue. You may also view updates on my Trello.

D. Refunds

1. All tips are non-refundable.
2. If I feel I cannot complete your commission, for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund, even for illustrations that I've already started on. This will usually be the result of new or worsening mental or physical health conditions.
3. If a cancellation or refund is requested at any time during the commission process from either party, a fee will be deducted from the refund depending on the stage your commission was at.
